- Food trailer tire replacement still needs to be completed before the start of the season
- Rent-A-Rower program had a successful recent event, waiting for payment to credit rowers
- Team uniform ordering information to be provided at the fall kickoff meeting, need to determine ordering deadline
- Discussed potential interest in purchasing unitards – will survey rowers and get coach feedback
- Coaches gave updates on fall training schedule, tryouts, using BigTeams for roster management
- Treasurer reviewed final financials from last season and proposed budget for approval
- Fundraising updates provided on mum sale, U of M concession event, Mancino’s nights
- Equipment manager working on consolidated inventory spreadsheet
- Discussed need for rent-a-rower coordinator volunteer position
- Important upcoming dates: Fall kickoff 8/16, Erging starts 8/21, Board meetings continue monthly
- Board approved budget for Summer/Fall 2023 season
